Jupiter Key home prices start at $600,000 and the oceanfront homes start about 2 million. Jupiter Key has beach access to one of the nicer beaches of Jupiter. Kite beach is just down the street so you will see the kite boarders out on windy days. Jupiter Key  just finished some premier beachside condos that start around the 2 million dollar range and are 5,000 sq. ft plus.
