Olympus homes for sale in Jupiter. Olympus in Jupiter is a beachside community of 117 single family homes surrounding a large lake in the center of the community. Most homes were built between 1980 to 1995 and are on nice sized lots. Olympus will give you one of the largest lots for a beachside community in Jupiter. Many of the homes are single story which  range from 2,200 to over 3,000 sq. ft.  You see very few beach homes that are one story. Many homes have pools and reminds you of old Florida. Many of the homes are CBS but there are a few wood frame homes still in the community. The lakefront homes are quite popular and bring a premium to have the beautiful lake views and no neighbor behind you. Located behind Jupiter Ocean Grande you have a beach walkway off Helios Drive that runs in between Jupiter Key and Ocean Club. You can also walk over to Driftwood Plaza which has several nice restaurants as well as a spa. The location of Olympus makes it quite convienent to beaches, shopping and restaurants as well as many Jupiter hot spots.The entrance to Olympus off US 1 has the community tennis court which backs to Oceanside Terrace.  The community is very peaceful and you'll see many neighbors walking the streets in the evening. Drive through Olympus and you'll see why Olympus is one of my favorite beachside communities.
