Xanadu homes for sale. Xanadu by the Sea is a gated beachfront community on  a single street off A1A just south of  Carlin Park. There are about 64 homes in the neighborhood ranging from 1,200 sq. ft to over 5,000 sq. ft. Four of the largest homes sit on A1A and have ocean views from the second story and above. Xanadu has a single street that ends at Sea Brook Place with eight cul-de-sacs that house several homes inside the cul-de-sac. The northen boundary of homes in Xanadu back to the preserve area of Carlin Park which gives you beautiful natural views of grass and Florida scrub. The preserve in Carlin Park is home to the Scrubjay a protected species of bird. Other homes on the north side of the street also have a wonderful view of the lake inside Carlin Park. The south side of Xanadu overlooks Sea Brooks walkway to the beach as well as the Ocean Walk wall and a small body of water. The zero lot line lots are 50 x 100 ft in size so many homes are two story and some homes are very tightly packed among one another. Picking a lot in there is more important than the home. The preferred lots overlook the park and the preserve. Xanadu has a private walkway to Carlin Park which brings you to the fitness trail. Carlin Park has tennis courts, fitness trail, amphitheater and is home to many activities.  Xanadu by the Sea is a beachside community with no amenities. It is a quaint beachside community of beach goers and ocean lovers.
