With entrances on US 1 and A1A Ocean Walk is a large community with half the homes truely walking distance to the beach. There are 185 -  two and three bedroom homes of wood construction. Most Ocean Walk homes except a few  have pools and /or spas  in their backyards. The homes range from 2bd/2ba 1,509 sq. ft to the largest 3bd/3ba 2,066 sq. ft. There are only 4 - models A,B,C and D.
